Easy recipe for “Zucchini au gratin”

Here is an easy appetizer for you: Zucchini au gratin.
We took the light round zucchini which you can find in Italy during the summer. But it also works with the long ones.
- Cut the zucchini in slices. Add salt ontop. Leave for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 180 degree celsius
- Wash off the salt, dry the zuccini.
- Mix parmessan cheese, bread crumbs, salt and if you like chopped parsley
- Sprinkle the mix on top of the zucchini slices
- Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
