This is what happens when you travel with Italian Food in the US:

You trade Italian Food for a Mountain Lion (on a wooden board) with a real cowboy.

Not only did Tom – the name of our new cowboy friend – teach our little boy how to catch trouts. (For the record: our boy caught 6 trouts !!!). Tom also drove home 30 miles just to draw him this mountain lion on a wooden board and bring it back to us.

We were honestly touched and more than happy to invite Tom and his wife for dinner (cooked on the fire) at the campground and leave him some good Italian food from ByItaly.

Another happy Italian-American exchange !
