ByItaly proudly attended at the “Salon du Chocolat de Paris”: the festival of chocolate in France. We would like to thank all the nice people met during the fairtrade. It was very grateful for us hearing all good comments about the news products set for this special occasion, and of course that you liked them a lot.
Ciocoreale (the first hazelnut cream with chocolate and honey) and Nectar fruit line (honey with real pulp fruit) by Terre Umbre.

For its 2012 edition, the Salon du Chocolat highlighted the “New Worlds of Chocolate”: new territories, new tastes, new trends and new talents. 135,000 visitors took part in the most gourmand event of the year. Throughout 5 days and on 12,600m2, chocolate addicts and amateurs came to discover the universe of chocolate and cocoa.
Being a worldwide event and a veritable international label, The Salon du Chocolat hosted more than 400 participants, including 200 renowned international chefs and pastry chefs and 160 chocolate exhibitors who celebrated this wonderful product.
