Italian finger food taken to a new level.
Ok. They don’t exactly look like traditional Italian food. But they are made by Italy’s famous chef Carlo Cracco. And he is definetly Italian.
The occasion was the the inauguration of the new Unicredit Pavillon in Piazza Gae Aulenti in the center of Milan, Italy.
And for sure they have a lot of colour.
And the little blue rice balls are almost a risotto…
