Ever cooked with pistachio ? In Italy we do.

You will have eaten lots of pistachio in your life. But have you ever cooked with pistachio ?
In Italy we do exactly this.
For example take pistachio pesto: It makes delicious (and easy) pasta.
But there is also pistachio flour. You can use it instead of breadcrumbs to roll your fish or meat before you put it in the pan. The pistachio flour is also great on top of Busiate pasta with tomatoes and parsley. Just add the pistachio at the end instead of parmesan cheese.
Or you use it for sweet recipes.
If you like sweets you can go for a pistachio sweet spread to use on bread or on creamy cakes.
