The most popular oils in China are those of semi-light taste, and mainly the peanuts and sunflower oil (for frying at high temperatures), or soy bean and other vegetable oils (ex. sesame, rape and chilli) to enrich and strengthen an important dish.

From Sichuan to Beijing, passing through Canton to Shanghai, we must recognize that the olive oil is rarely used by locals.
Most of the Chinese do not consume of extra virgin olive oil because of its strong aroma.

Byitaly unveiled its oil for the first time right there..in China. An opportunity for the Italian farms involved in this ambitious project of bringing the Chinese to this healthy product of the earth.

The new oil Byitaly is characterized by a mixture of olives less spicy, but also more intense, elegant and full-bodied. It is also able to remember the scent of the Mediterranean: first pressing olives according to the “cold method” in the mills of central Italy (Umbria, Marche, Tuscany, Lazio).

We noticed a growing trend and an higher interest to the Italian cuisineĀ  because is fancy, because is healthy, because is simple.
