1-Before you start to cook your recipe prepare ALL the ingredients in the kitchen!
2-before you start clean the vegetables prepare a small bucket on the table for rubbish!
3-prepare a small dush near by the fire where you can put dirty spoons during cooking!
4-when you take of the leeds always turn them up-side down, it avoids water dropping around the kitchen!
5-always keep nearby more than one oven mitt so you can grab without fear warm stuff in case of emergency! A good system is sewing a long stripe of cotton between 2 mitts so you can “necklace” them!
